PREPARE & SERVE
Add ice to a highball glass. Add 125ml of the cocktail. Top up with soda water (or ginger beer if you'd like a fiery kick) and enjoy.
GARNISH/DECORATE
Decorate the cocktail fresh mint and some lime wedges.
