Earl Grey Martini

Here's one for the tea lovers out there. We have created our Earl Grey martini by using premium gin, Tea Pigs earl Grey tea, lemon juice & a dash of sugar to create a balanced, light, summery cocktail. 

The Earl Grey Martini is best served shaken and sipped from a martini glass but it can also work well over ice in a rocks glass. 

PREPARE

Pour 125ml into a shaker with ice. Shake for around 20-30 seconds until the shaker is cold to touch. 

SERVE

Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass using a strainer so no ice gets through. 

GARNISH/DECORATE

For the Earl Grey martini, we suggest a simple garnish of some lemon peal on the top.
